Grammy Award winner Kirk Franklin performed on Friday, November 18, 2016, at the Center for the Performing Arts. The concert also featured select MISD choir students and the All-District High School Gospel Choir as the opening acts. Also performing was a collective choir from Mansfield area churches. The profits benefitted the MISD Center Arts Program, which brings in art performances and cultural events to the students of MISD and the community.
